Get paid for the
job without the chasing.
Say the job. Get paid.
Talk a quote into your phone. Your customer accepts it and pays a deposit from a link. When the job is done, QuotePaid sends the invoice and chases it politely, by email or WhatsApp, until you’re paid.
Say it once.
The quote writes itself.
Press play on a real voice note. Each job it hears turns into a line, priced from the price list. You check it, then you send it.
“Right, three-bed semi in Lucan for Mary Doyle. All three bedrooms, walls and ceilings. Hall, stairs and landing. Gloss all the woodwork, doors, skirting, architraves. Looking to start the third of March.”
Prices only come from your own price list or the words you say. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
One job,
start to finish.

Any trade that quotes for a job and invoices when it’s done: painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, tilers, roofers and more. You set up your own price list, so it works whether you price by the room, the metre, the day or the job.
No. Your customer gets a link by email or WhatsApp and opens it in the browser on their phone or computer. They can read the quote, accept it and pay the deposit or the invoice by card or bank transfer without downloading anything or making an account.
Yes. On the home page, send yourself a sample quote: one email with example prices for your trade, and a link to the page your customer would open to accept and pay the deposit. You can also drag through the reminders to see each email a late payer gets, day by day. We don’t add you to any list.
They tap Ask a question on the quote and type it. You get it straight away, by email and in the app, and the follow-ups wait until you’ve answered. Reply by email or WhatsApp from the quote, then tap Answered. If they say no, they can pick a reason, like too expensive or the timing, so you know why.
Usually, yes: people paying for work on their own home can cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote online. Their quote tells them so, names your business and how to cancel, and lets them tick to have the work start sooner. You see what they chose. Company customers and urgent repairs they asked for don’t get the notice.
Yes. Ask for any percentage of the total or a fixed amount, like €500. Set your usual deposit once in Settings and change it on any quote before you send it. Your customer pays it when they accept, by card, bank transfer or your own payment link, and the invoice takes off exactly what they paid.
Card payments are optional. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay through your own Stripe account, which pays into your bank. Stripe charges its standard card fee, shown before you connect; QuotePaid adds nothing. Without Stripe, customers pay by bank transfer with a reference, or through your own Revolut, SumUp or PayPal link.
No. Customers can pay by bank transfer with a reference, or through your own Revolut, SumUp or PayPal link. When they tap “I’ve paid”, you get a message, check your bank and confirm with one tap; the reminders stop and they get a receipt. The only difference from card payments is that one confirm tap.
Your data is stored in the European Union and handled in line with GDPR. Each business can only ever see its own customers, quotes and invoices. Card details never touch QuotePaid, because Stripe handles them. You can export your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
Yes. Turn VAT off in Settings and your quotes and invoices show no VAT. If you are registered, QuotePaid adds 13.5% or 23% for you and checks the two-thirds rule on supply-and-fit jobs. You can switch it on later, for example when you register.
Yes. Every quote and invoice email has its PDF attached, in the design you pick, and when your customer pays they get a receipt PDF by email. You can also tap Download PDF on any quote or invoice you’ve sent. Invoice PDFs show what Revenue asks a VAT invoice to show, including VAT for each rate.
Yes. After the 9am run you get one short email: who got a reminder and which invoices are newly overdue or three weeks late, each linked. Customers with no email get a ready-written WhatsApp on your Chasers to send list instead; one tap sends it from your number. Paid by transfer or cash? Tap Mark as paid.
Nothing is sent until you approve it. Prices only come from your own price list or the words you say; QuotePaid never makes one up. Anything it isn’t sure of, like “about twelve metres”, is flagged for you to check, and you can edit every line before sending.
Yes. QuotePaid runs in the browser, so it works on iPhone, Android, tablets and computers. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen, like any other app. On iPhone, that step is also what lets you get a notification when a customer pays.
Yes, from your phone’s or browser’s settings. Once a browser is told Block it never asks again, so QuotePaid can’t switch them back on by itself. In QuotePaid, open Settings, then Notifications, and tap Show me how: it gives the steps for your iPhone, Android phone or computer, and checks again when you come back.
Yes, for voice quotes. Record the job in a basement or a field with no signal and it’s saved on your phone. It sends by itself when you’re back online, and you get a notification when the quote is ready to check. Nothing goes to the customer until you approve it.
Yes. Cancel from Settings. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and you can export all your quotes, invoices and customers first. If you had the founding price, cancelling ends it, and it won’t come back if you join again later.
After 21 days you pick a plan, and we email you before the trial ends. If you don’t, QuotePaid goes read-only: you can still see and download everything, customers can still pay what they owe, and reminders already set keep going, but no new quotes or invoices go out. Pick a plan and it all switches straight back on.
